Meet Jessica

Delaina Bailey is the co-founder of Two Birds Design Collective. She brings over 20 years of experience in home staging and more than 15 years of experience working with Airbnb properties.

With nearly 30 years of experience in interior design, focused on lighting and furniture design, Delaina has spent her career studying how spaces function, resonate, and evolve. Her background also includes over 30 years in retail display, visual merchandising, and window dressing, honing her ability to present spaces with clarity and impact. She holds a master's degree in rhetoric and compostion, shaping her detail-oriented approach to how things are structured and her ability to approach spaces with a strong sense of narritive.

A lifelong artist, she has a natural ability to create order in visually intentional ways, bringing structure and intention to everyday spaces. She believes in editing and curating what truly belongs in a space— then giving everything a designated place where it is thoughtfully presented and remains accessible, rather than being stored away and forgotten. ​

Now an empty nester, Delaina's perspective is shaped not only by her professional background but by lived experience. Over the years, she has navigated cross-country moves, managed downsizing, facilitated caregiving for aging parents, and tackled rebuilding after unexpected events, including storm damage. These experiences have deepened her understanding of how spaces—and the way we live in them—shift through different seasons of life.
